Concise "Sauna meteorology"
As with the weather, two factors also crucial for the quality of the climate in the case of sauna bathing: temperature and moisture. Depending
on your personal inclination, subjective sense of well-being or simply for the fun of experiencing a change, you can also retrofit these factors
for the Varioline, Blockline, Thermoline and Lifeline saunas. If you feel like enjoying pleasant relaxation, select the moisture bath with a
temperature of 40°-60° C or the hot-air bath at 45°-65° C. This is especially recommended for the purpose of regeneration, etc. after
physical exertion such as sport. The herbal bath is very stimulating for the human organism and the respiratory tract. There is a large
selection of herbs that can be used on an individual basis. |
  |
On the basis of personal preference, compatibility or
daily condition, decide which form of sauna bathing is
appropriate for you:
The classic sauna bath: If you prefer intense, penetrating heat,
then you are among those who are still convinced of the
qualities of the classic Finnish sauna bath. Always popular and in
great demand, its appreciated effect is based on the high
temperatures of 75°-100° C and on the low relative humidity.
Always popular and in great demand, its appreciated effect is
based on the high temperatures of 75° - 100°C and on the low
relative humidity of up to 15%.

 |
The moisture bath: If you experience the conventional sauna
as being too hot, then try out the moisture bath. Kept at a
pleasant temperature between 40° and 60° C and a correspondingly
high relative humidity, this form of sauna bathing is
particularly recommended for rheumatic complaints, colds,
cramps and disturbed sleep. |
The hot-air bath: If you want to relax the best possible way
after physical exertions such as during sport or after stressful
situations, then try out the hot-air bath. At a mean temperature
of 45°- 65° C, you will experience effective regeneration in a
very careful way. The humidity ranges from 15 - 25%.
|
|
The herbal bath: Use the special effects of select herbs for
your physical and mental sense of well-being. Stimulating and
vitalising, calming and harmonising – the addition of herbs
unfolds many positive properties. Arnica relaxes and rosemary is
known for its stimulating power. Camomile, e.g., has a cleaning
effect on the skin and eucalyptus is good for the bronchial tubes.
Here, too, the following applies: Good is whatever does good.
Simply try it out! |
